These details help us locate the purchase and assess the request.

Use the Southern Range or Amazon order number.

PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB. For Amazon purchases, attach a readable order confirmation, invoice or screenshot showing the product, purchase date and order number.

Up to three JPG, PNG or WebP images. Each file must be 5 MB or smaller; all attachments together must be 10 MB or less.
