Southern Range is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Starlink or SpaceX unless expressly stated otherwise.
Starlink and other third-party names, trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
Prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices include GST.
We may change prices, promotions and product availability from time to time.
A later change in price will not affect an order already accepted by Southern Range, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
An order is not necessarily accepted simply because it has been submitted or payment has been authorised.
Southern Range may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be processed;
- an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred;
- delivery cannot reasonably be completed;
- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected; or
- the order cannot otherwise be fulfilled.
If Southern Range cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled product or order will be refunded.
Payment
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is dispatched.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may be provided by third-party payment processors.
Southern Range may not receive or retain complete payment-card details where payment is processed by a third-party provider.
Shipping
Shipping within Australia is provided free using Australia Post unless otherwise stated.
Tracking details will be supplied by email when available after your order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
Delivery times provided by Southern Range, Australia Post or at checkout are estimates only.
Delivery may be affected by carrier networks, remote-area access, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside Southern Range’s reasonable control.

Change-of-mind returns
Southern Range does not accept returns or provide refunds solely because you change your mind.
This does not affect any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If a product is faulty, arrives damaged, has been supplied incorrectly or may not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, contact Southern Range promptly with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- photographs where relevant.
Please retain the product and packaging until Southern Range has advised you of the next step.
Do not send a product back unless return instructions have first been provided.
Warranty
StarGrid is supplied with a 12-month warranty.
Any express warranty offered by Southern Range is additional to rights and remedies that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or another remedy where a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Product performance
Runtime, charging performance, network performance and other operating results may vary according to factors including:
- connected equipment;
- power draw;
- data usage;
- temperature;
- environmental conditions;
- network conditions;
- equipment configuration; and
- simultaneous device charging.
Figures described as estimated, typical, theoretical, maximum or “up to” values should not be treated as guarantees that the same result will be achieved in every situation.
Guides, calculators and planning tools
Southern Range may provide guides, calculators, comparison tools, coverage planners and other informational resources.
These tools are intended to assist with planning, product selection and general understanding.
Results may rely on assumptions, third-party information, estimated conditions or information provided by the user. They should not be treated as guarantees of battery runtime, mobile coverage, compatibility, network performance, travel conditions or other real-world outcomes.
Where information is important to a purchase, trip, safety decision or technical installation, users should check current manufacturer specifications, carrier information and relevant operating conditions.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, content on the Southern Range website, including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, branding, page designs and original tools, is owned by or licensed to Southern Range.
